About Our Service

The Easiest Album lets you design and purchase custom, print-on-demand photo books using images that you upload (or otherwise provide to us). We strive to keep the process quick and enjoyable, but you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Your Content

License to Us.
By uploading or submitting images, text, or other materials (“Content”) you grant The Easiest Album a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, modify, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of producing and shipping your album and providing customer support.
Your Promises.
You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use the content you submit.
Your content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

Privacy of Content.
We will never use your photos or videos in marketing materials or for any other purpose without your explicit, written consent. All uploaded files are deleted from our servers within 30 days after your order is fulfilled (or sooner upon request).

Orders & Payments
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout and to pay all charges shown.
- All sales are final once production begins. Because albums are customised, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
- If there is a printing error or damage, contact support@theeasiestalbum.com within 14 days of delivery; we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
Shipping
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. However, delivery dates can be affected by factors outside our control (postal delays, customs, etc.). The Easiest Album is not liable for:
- Shipping delays or lost parcels handled by third-party carriers
- Customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by the destination country
Intellectual Property
All website content—including designs, text, graphics, and logos—is the property of The Easiest Album or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Easiest Album disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:
- Use or inability to use the Service
- Production errors beyond a replacement or refund of the defective product
- Loss or corruption of uploaded Content
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
